Section 26
Management and development of human resources
: (1) The government of Nepal will prepare and implement policies and standards related to the development, distribution and utilization of human resources in the health sector.
(2) When determining the standards according to sub-section (1), the long-term, medium-term and current needs in terms of development, management and utilization of human resources shall be determined based on the projection of manpower, technology and equipment after analysis and mapping.
